The Pro Educatione Association together with the Harghita County Council represents the Via Mariae pilgrimage route in the RURITAGE rural development project supported by the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation framework program (More information about the project at www.ruritage.eu).
The photo contest launched as part of the project gives us the opportunity to show the world the uniqueness of Via Mariae and our region, their natural wonders and culture, and to promote the spirit of pilgrimage.
The photo contest is open until October 31, 2020.
The winner of the photo contest will be invited to Paris, the last event of the RURITAGE project, which will take place in 2022 at UNESCO headquarters. An exhibition with the best photos will also be organized. In addition, the selected photos will be displayed on the project and project partners' website.
